Bridgewater Police Service is investigating a report of a needle in Halloween candy. Oficers responded to the call Friday night when a young male returned home from trick-or-treating and found a sewing needle inside a chocolate bar. No other incidents have been reported. The Bridgewater Police Service are advising parents to:
- Check your child's treats before consumption.
- Throw away any candy that may look homemade.
-Checked all wrapped candy treats for small holes in the wrapper.
-Throw away anything that may be torn, unwrapped or loose in packaging.
