The Bridgewater Fire Department will be performing a mutual aid training exercise on Sunday on the LaHave River. It will begin at about 1:00 p.m. There will be three additional fire departments taking part. An empty boat, several mannequins, and rescue boats should be expected to be visible in the area near Shipyards Landing. The exercise is scheduled to last a few hours and should have no impact on recreational boaters in the area or park users at Shipyards Landing.
