As Canada Post workers vote on a new collective agreement, a new report suggests it loses customers every time employees go on strike. The Canadian Federation of Independent Business says if they go on strike again, they could see 63 per cent of current customers stop using the crown corporation. About four in five businesses use Canada Post for sending cheques, because of the low cost.
