Federal government invests in wastewater infrastructure in Bridgewater

The federal government is investing $948,000 to replace and upgrade sanitary sewers on Jubilee Road in Bridgewater. The upgraded infrastructure will improve services for existing residents and allow future residential construction. Mayor David Mitchell says the upgrades on Jubilee Road will mean better, more reliable service for the residents and businesses already there, but will also make room for new development. The funding is coming from Ottawa’s Build Communities Strong Fund.
