The number of Nova Scotians dying from the flu has exceeded the number of people dying from COVID-19. It is the first time since the beginning of the pandemic. The province says 124 people have died from influenza during this year’s respiratory season. 108 people in the province have died from COVID. Officials say worldwide, this was the worst influenza season in a decade.
