Evacuees of the Lake George wildfire began to return home Thursday. The 353 residents came home in stages. On Wednesday night, fire officials announced the fire is being held at 288 hectares. The Department of Natural Resources says crews continue to bring the fire under control and there is low risk to homes and other structures in the area. No structures have been lost since the fire began September 28th.
