Lunenburg has been accepted into the Community Climate Capacity Program. The provincial program aims to help coastal municipalities plan and respond to climate change. The three-year program will provide communities with access to climate specialists, planning support and funding advice.Lunenburg will work with a community navigator to help guide local projects that address rising storm impacts and aging infrastructure, including future upgrades like the Tannery Road culvert replacement and stormwater separation master plan.
