Lunenburg Town Council has approved the sale of the Old Train Station to Second Storey Women’s Centre. The sale value is $383,403. The centre has been leasing the space for several years to deliver programming that supports women and gender-diverse individuals in Lunenburg and surrounding areas. Next steps include town staff working with legal counsel to finalize a Purchase and Sale Agreement, which will be reviewed by Council before it is signed.
