The Woods Restriction has been lifted in Lunenburg County. The province has lifted the woods restrictions in every county except Annapolis. Natural Resources Minister Tory Rushton says improving weather conditions and the impact the restrictions have had on local businesses have prompted the decision. The provincewide bur ban remains in effect until October 15th. Even though the restrictions have been lifted, the Town of Bridgewater is asking for patience for a couple of days as crews remove barriers and signage and complete inspections of trails.
