The Mahone Bay Museum is now accepting nominations for the 2026 Heritage Awards. Established to honour and acknowledge individuals, groups, and projects that have made an exceptional and lasting contribution to local heritage conservation, development, and awareness, the Heritage Awards celebrate those who help preserve and promote our community’s rich history. A Heritage Fair will be held on Tuesday at Bayview Community School where adjudicators will be assessing student projects, and a youth nomination will be entered into the Heritage Awards program.Nomination forms can be picked up at the local post office or Town Hall and must be submitted by March 25.
