The province is supporting a new doctoral psychology program and training clinic at Mount Saint Vincent University. Premier Tim Houston says Nova Scotia needs more mental health professionals – especially those who work with kids and teens. The first-of-its-kind program in the province provides students with practical experience while delivering supervised services to over 200 young Nova Scotians every year.
