No deal to end Middle East war

After more than 20 hours of negotiations, the U.S. and Iran have failed to negotiate a deal to end the war. U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance says talks broke down when Iranian officials refused to accept conditions not to build a nuclear weapon. The breakdown in talks leaves a two-week long ceasefire, set to expire on April 22nd, in doubt.
