Cell service is improving across the province. Three sites have been activated in southwestern Nova Scotia. Rogers is upgrading 27 sites in the first phase of the expansion program The province will add another 27 towers to expand coverage in phase 2. The province says $69 million has been spent so far on the “Cellular for Nova Scotia Program”
