Nova Scotia Health says the number of people on the Need a Family Doctor waitlist has dropped by 1,700 since December. The number of people looking for a primary care provider, either a doctor or nurse practitioner, is now at 66,768. That includes people who were added to the list or removed because they have found healthcare or those who no longer need healthcare. The next data will come in February.
