If you’ve been in Lunenburg you have likely noticed that concrete safety bumpers have been installed. The seasonal bumpers will be removed for the winter. The bumpers are meant to improve public safety during the summer months. The bumpers can be found at the King and Cumberland Street intersection and the Rum Row and Bluenose Drive intersection. It’s hoped they will provide more space for pedestrians.
