Tracy Kitch will be sentenced for fraud early in the New Year. The former CEO of IWK Halifax has been found guilty twice of fraud for billing personal expenses to the health centre. The Nova Scotia Court of Appeal determined her original trial judge failed to explain his reasons to convict her. But in a retrial, she was again found guilty.
