It’s a rainy Halloween in Lunenburg County. Environment Canada has issued a rainfall warning for most of Nova Scotia. The weather agency says some areas could see 40 to 50 millimetres of rain and winds gusting up to 70 kilometres an hour. It’s recommending outside items be secured like Halloween decorations and garbage bins.
