Strum Island in Mahone Bay has sold for slightly more than $9.3 million. The island was first purchased after 9/11as a safe haven. The almost 10-acre island is completely self-sustaining with its own source of heat, power, water and food. During COVID, the current owner marketed it as a perfect place to isolate without having to leave the island.
